Do I have to talk about my issues or problems?
With hypnotherapy you don't have to relive what you experienced. It is not talk therapy.
What to do after a session
Drink Lots of water, sometimes you might be tired after a session so pamper yourself.

What to expect from session?
Expect to see yourself. This is truly the fundamental aspect that you will experience; it is the feedback of your soul - a mirror reflection of what is really going on in your life, your world, your emotions, your body. Our sessions are based on seeing through to the truth. Getting to what you may already unconsciously know or sense; our work is to allow or facilitate this to be reveled, to percolate, and then to shine a light upon it.
We work to resolve core issues to alignment with your true self, your higher self, your truth. It's manifestation here in our daily life is played on on the psychological, emotional and physical planes. We look to the core, to the root and address that directly so that change above is also below.

Prepare for Session
Jot some notes down about what you really want to shift. If you have a physical ailments connect the instinctive dots of interconnection that you instinctively suspect are going on in the body and its relational aspects. Call the "elephant in the room". We can spend time working on an issue, but that is not what we are about - we work as fast as your body spirit does. This means everything from instantaneous healing work to a process. Often it is your choice.
