  4. Prioritize Mindfulness and Meditation: Even dedicating just 5–10 minutes to meditation can center you and connect you to your inner self. Guided sessions can be beneficial if you are new to meditation.


  5. Unplug: Take regular breaks from technology. Allow yourself moments where you can fully be present, away from devices and notifications.


  6. Practice Gratitude: Establish a daily gratitude practice. Reflecting on what you appreciate can significantly boost your mood and foster a positive outlook.
